Inspirability
by PASH, Matt Pashkow
Given to me most graciously by my friend Heather, my nose has been buried in this book for a couple weeks now. Take 40 well-known designers, sit them down, and interview them about inspiration. Sounds simple. The answers are fantastic. I love learning how other designers find their inspiration. Great book for quick glances or long reads.

You want to support our troops? How about doing something slightly more useful than throwing a $2.99 yellow ribbon to the back of your car. While they're dying in the Middle East for God-knows-what-cause (and even God doesn't know at this point), you're displaying a yellow ribbon on the back of your gas-guzzling Hummer - which, might I add, is a big reason why they're dying over there. Hey, nothing wrong with the ribbon if it's not the only thing someone does to help. Chances are, though, that's all it is.
